One of the Metro D.C. Synod’s priorities is to equip and develop healthy leaders – both rostered and lay leaders in our congregations. To do that, we have intentionally developed a 2020 Leadership Academy – an educational program with industry and theological experts that will equip, educate, and develop rostered ministers and lay leaders on various topics and ministry tools.

From developing new worship experiences to getting in the weeds of communication tools to better tell your story, you can expect to leave each academy session uplifted and empowered to serve in the capacity God is calling you.

Due to COVID-19, all Leadership Academy Events are being held on Zoom until further notice.
