at Washington National Cathedral
ARRIVE EARLY!
3 p.m. – Pre-service music outside of Cathedral (weather permitting)
3:40 p.m. – Pre-music in sanctuary and special greetings (updated start time)
4 p.m. – Worship begins
ROSTERED MINISTERS
Rostered ministers are invited to vest and process – color of the day is red. ARRIVE BY 3:30 and gather at left of altar area.
WORSHIP
Preaching: The Rev. Elizabeth A. Eaton, ELCA presiding bishop
Presiding: The Rev. Richard H. Graham, Metro D.C. Synod bishop
Special worship music: Roanoke College Choir
Holy Communion will be served.
An offering collected in the worship service will go toward the active ministry of Lutheran Disaster Response and Lutheran World Relief [checks made out to “Metropolitan Washington, D.C. Synod”].
