170425stewardshippreconfWe teach good stewardship with the expectation that people will become more generous and joyful givers. We expect that members will automatically give to the work of the congregation, but that is increasingly not what happens.

J. Clif Christopher will help us think through how congregations can help work towards both the maturing of generous hearts and the desire to give toward the mission of the Church with a pre-event in our synod for Lutherans to the national Generosity NOW Conference.
