The METROPOLITAN WASHINGTON, D.C. SYNOD ASSEMBLY is a gathering of visitors and people elected by their congregations to attend as voting members who worship, take in displays, attend workshops and hearings, contribute and listen to leaders and each other as they make decisions and nurture our life together. The Synod Assembly is the highest legislative authority of the synod.
