will again take place in two parts:
SPRING SESSION – May 7-8 at the National Conference Center in Landsdowne, Virginia (link to reporting, resolutions, election results and more); and
FALL SESSION – September 25 at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church in Gaithersburg, Maryland.
