Monday-Tuesday, April 9-10, 2018
at Mar-Lu-Ridge in Jefferson, Md.

Cost: $25
Registration: Open

In this time of rapid and disruptive change in both church and society, it is sometimes hard to stay focused on Christ’s central message. Come away with Bishop Graham and pastors and deacons from our synod for prayer, reflection and conversation around what matters most.

The purpose of this two-day retreat for rostered ministers in the Metro D.C. Synod is to take a collective deep breath, have conversation about our faith, and recover a sense of joy in God’s Spirit so we can help others do the same. We do this to begin to prepare to connect with new people in our communities. This retreat provides the spiritual basis for our goal of reaching 3,000 new people through the New Connections campaign.

Let us go off by ourselves to a quiet place and rest a while. ~ Mark 6:31
