Join the Wellness and Wholeness Team!

1 in 5 Americans will experience a mental illness in their lifetime; we are called to walk together as the body of Christ with our brothers and sisters, bearing one another’s burdens (Galatians 6:2).

The Wellness and Wholeness team of the Metro D.C. Synod offers guidance, resources and support for church leadership to stay healthy in ministry.

Rev. Dr. Karis Graham leads this team so please reach out to her at if you are interested in joining!
