Online Submission of Forms A&C Due by May 3!

The ELCA Office of the Secretary will be shutting down the online system for filing Forms A&C on Tuesday, May 3. These forms should be submitted electronically before that date to be included in the 2021 ELCA statistics. If you have congregations that haven’t filed yet, please encourage them to do so quickly! You can see the list of congregations that have filed and those that have not here. Click on the link below to file your reports. Thank you so much for your work with these reports.
