Leadership Academy Events

One of the Metro D.C. Synod’s priorities is to equip and develop healthy leaders – both rostered and lay leaders in our congregations. To do that, we have intentionally developed the Leadership Academy – an educational program with industry and theological experts that will equip, educate, and develop rostered ministers and lay leaders on various topics and ministry tools.

Documents & Forms

There are many documents and forms that congregations need in order to carry out their ministry. You can find helpful links such as how to submit your Forms A&C to the ELCA, your 2024 statement of intent for the Metro D.C. Synod, the model constitution, and how to request a visit to your congregation from a synod staff member!
