The Metro D.C. Synod invites you to the installation of Pastor Frank Smart on Sunday, May 28th at 3:00 PM at Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church in Takoma Park, MD. Bishop Ortiz will be preaching, and the color of the day will be red – clergy are invited to arrive by 2:45 to vest and process.
