Preaching the Good News in Uncertain Times – May 7

Group 236

The Good News is timeless and universal and we are called to preach it into specific times and places. Right now, the COVID 19 pandemic is challenging all aspects of daily life, worship, and preaching. How might this global reality impact preparation, composition, and delivery of sermons?

This is a presentation, conversation, and sharing of insights about preaching the Good News during this time. The session was hosted by Pastor Lamar Bailey, (Director for Evangelical Mission, Metro, DC Synod) featuring Pastor Hank Langknecht, formerly Professor of Homiletics at Trinity Lutheran Seminary, Columbus, Ohio.
